School to Work Alliance Program (SWAP) Coordinator Position

The UnBOCES seeks a School to Work Alliance Program (SWAP) Coordinator. This position will be responsible for the overall development, support, services, and implementation of the SWAP for students/young adults 15-24 years of age, who reside in the UnBOCES service area. (Ouray, San Miguel, and the West End of Montrose Counties, including Paradox Charter School). Travel is required between our member school districts with some work done remotely.

Qualified applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in human services or a related field or, in lieu of educational requirements, equivalent experience in a related field will be considered. Experience working with diverse populations of young adults with disabilities. A criminal background check is required for hire. Compensation for this position is $24.00 - $27.00 per hour (DOE) for a two hundred ten (210) day UnBOCES calendar and includes health benefits, PERA, and reimbursement for mileage when traveling to member districts from the UnBOCES office.
